Welcome to The Address Loft - Passion,
a massive and fully renovated apartment designed for an unforgettable city experience for 21 guests.
Located in the very heart of Budapest, you're steps away from the most popular tourist attractions and the city's famous party area.

The loft's charming industrial style, with soaring high ceilings and oversized windows, creates a bright and expansive atmosphere. With nine bedrooms, a huge living room, and three bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. The location is unbeatable, offering immediate access to ruin pubs, bustling nightlife, fantastic restaurants, and all major public transport, including the metro, just outside your door.

Sleeping Arrangements

The loft comfortably accommodates large groups up to 21 ppl (if you need more sleeps, please contact me) with the following sleeping arrangements:

2 bedrooms with a single bed each

5 bedrooms with two single beds each

1 bedroom with three single beds

1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm)

2 comfortable double sofa beds in the living area

If you need more beds, please contact us. We have additional lofts right next door and can propose a solution for your entire group.

Events and Exclusivity

The Address Loft Passion is an ideal venue for events such as birthdays, family gatherings, or company meetings. At 200 m², it's a very large and comfortable space, perfectly suited to accommodate big groups of friends or families. By booking, you get the exclusive use of the entire loft, which has its own private entrance, guaranteeing comfort and privacy.

The loft also features a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and accessories, including plates, cutlery, glasses, a toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge with a freezer.

Our Standards of Comfort and Hygiene
Your comfort and health are our top priorities. The loft was fully renovated in June 2024, so everything is brand new and meets a luxury standard.

Mattresses: All mattresses are 22cm orthopedic memory foam, meeting a 5-star hotel standard.

Linens: Fresh bed and bathroom linens are supplied from a professional laundry to ensure perfect hygiene and are provided to all guests free of charge.

Cleaning: Thorough cleaning and disinfection are a must. We take great pride in offering the highest cleaning and comfort standards.

House Rules and Policies
Smoking: Smoking is strictly allowed only in the designated cigar room within the property. A €1,000 penalty will be charged for smoking anywhere else in the apartment.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. We can offer different timings upon prior agreement if we have no guests arriving or departing on the same day. Free luggage storage can also be arranged by prior agreement.

Noise Policy: After 10:00 PM, loud noise, music, yelling, or any disturbance to our neighbors is not allowed. We understand that Budapest has a vibrant nightlife, and we encourage you to enjoy the many music clubs and bars in the city center. However, if you are hosting an event or party, please follow this rule. In case of non-observance, the entire group will be required to leave the loft immediately without a refund. We are very strict about this policy out of respect for our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding.
