Particuliere vakantiehuizen in Browns Valley

'This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need.'

'Fantastic setting, great accommodations, including comfy bed, and kitchenette, able to make my breakfast and lunch perfectly. I could sit on the porch and look at the trees and I even saw deer walking by. It was only a few blocks to the main part of Grass Valley, but felt very rural. When I needed batteries for the remote control for the TV they were delivered quickly. I will definitely come back.'

'What can I say? This is our go to for our frequent visits. I almost want to keep it secret, but that would be impossible, because it is in great location, super nice interior decoration and comfortable and clean. Please keep it going!! We will be back and back and back!'

'Property is very well kept and the secluded location makes for a slow start to the day with lovely cup of coffee or tea on either porch. My biggest complaint would be that the outdoor tubs were not heating up. There is very little lighting outside so if you want to soak at night, make sure you take your own lanterns or flashlights, and if you are elderly or have a hard time getting in and out of beds that are on the floor or practically on the floor, this might not be the spot for you. The...

'Communication was always quick and received well. The house was as described. It was immaculately clean inside, the decor was warm and welcoming. The couches were comfortable as were all the beds! The living space was great, enough room for a family to be together comfortably and enjoy each other’s company. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and well maintained. The host has a pantry stocked with small items you may have forgotten that are for sale. It is a very nice touch. We stayed here to...

'This home was dirty. We book 2 people for 4 nights. The inside of the microwave was disgusting, the refrigerator had a stinky smell, and the floor was sticky, I wanted to clean out the microwave so I could use it, but there was only one half sheet of paper towel left on the roll and no others to be found. I couldn't find a mug for my tea, till I looked inside the dishwasher but honestly I couldn't tell if the dishes were clean or dirty. Yes we could have gone to the store and bought our own...

'The house was perfect and just as described. The hosts were communicative and helpful. And the property was peaceful and beautiful. We felt like we were staying in a state park. '

'This is a lovely, spacious place within walking distance of the main town. It was clean and well-equipped. The host was very accommodating and friendly. '

'The location and beauty of this home made for a very special family vacation. The hot tub and the outdoor enclosed sitting room were especially delightful.'

'We loved staying here. It was a great house for families with kids. It was peaceful, relaxing, and had all the things we needed to keep kids of different ages entertained. Nicole was a great host!'

'Home was nicely decorated and comfortable. Very cute and clean. My boys enjoyed the basketball court and pickle ball too. We had a little issue with one of the air conditioner wall units and the host was able to get it fixed right away. Short walk to the lake, but be prepared it is uphill almost the entire way back. I suggest driving first to check it out. Overall very enjoyable. We would definitely stay again.'
