'Upon check in.. we received a comment about lack of communication from Expedia's side towards hotel.. none the less.. our rooms were not ready at check nor were they ready until close to 7 pm!! Lack of communication from staff regarding who would bring linen/ towels. .. to our rooms... come to find out it was no one.. we had to go get our own.. we had stayed here previously a few yrs ago but was nothing like this... like the staff and lack of attentiveness or basic knowledge to give us as to...

If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable.'
