Vind je ideale hotel in Browns Island

'Mooi gelegen hotel langs onze roadtrip aan de oostkust. We waren met drie personen en hadden een kamer met dubbele bedden geboekt. De kamer zelf was boven verwachting ruim en compleet. Wat wel tegenviel was de staat van de bank, daar zakte je half doorheen, en de vloer was plakkerig en vochtig. Mogelijk iets met de aurco of overnatig zeepgebruik bij schoonmaken. Helaas iets waar we pas achter kwamen nadat we ons hadden gesettled. Omdat we maar één nacht bleven hebben we dit door de vingers...

'The property was beautiful and the location was perfect and walkable to everything. The only thing I did not like was the walls were a little thin and could hear our neighbors enjoying themselves a little too much if you know what I mean 😉. Other than that, great property.'

'We stayed in room 7. The AC is plugged into a converter which gets so hot, it trips. So the AC turns off, the the converter turns back on so the AC turns back on and makes a beep. That goes on every 10 mins or so u til the converter completely overheats and shuts everything down for an undetermined amount of time. After leaving the AC on all day while we were gone, we came back to a room that was hotter than the outside temperature and it smelled so bad. At this point it was too late to do...

'Perfect location, staff very helpful. The only cons is walls are very thin. We could hear the conversations in neighboring rooms.'

'Breakfast was poor quality and limited choices. Staff was good to deal with. Homeless guy in the back parking lot hanging around. Bed sheets havent been changed in a while, just remade, watched it happen between guests in other rooms. Again staff was good. Over all, not a bad place to stay. there is risk anywhere you go. This seemed minimal.'

'If you are not expecting much then this is the place for you. Humid unless the a/c runs at 68 degrees and uncomfortable beds and ratty carpet and old appliances. '

'I've been coming to this resort for many years when it was part of our timeshare. I can say they have really improved the property since they're pulling out of the timeshare business. It was cleaner, just overall better quality. Wonderful check-in and contact with the hosts. I would definitely come here again.'

'The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable.'
