'Great hotel with PERFECT location to Van Andel Arena'

'Everything was wonderful, we had a great time. Only small complaint would have been not enough waste cans. We could have stood another in the bedroom and the other one in the living room was hidden and not real accessible under the table. Everything else was great.'

'The photos really didn't do this hotel justice - it's very attractive and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-decorated and spacious, and the communal spaces were very nice. We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!'

'The staff were friendly and quick. The room was okay. The smoke detector was missing from the wall (the mounting plate was still there). The thermostat was not attached fully to the wall and the toilet seat was not screwed down on one side. The overall cleanliness of the room was okay, but the hotel overall could use some updates and repairs. '
