'We arrived to find a very disappointing room—the photos on Expedia did NOT match the actual room (photos were of a lake view suite with fireplace; the room we were in (for over $300) was a tiny full bed and bathroom overlooking the parking lot). The staff tried to make it right and got us into the pictured room the following night. Expedia, as usual, was no help at all. I’m kinda done with Expedia.'

'Spotless clean apartment, easy communication, excellent location. Would definitely choose to stay here again. There is just one inconvenience: the website says the check in time is 3 pm, but the user guide says 4 pm. So we had to wait to check in, later than we planned. '

'Amazing location. Beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked and labeled. Indoor-Outdoor hot tub was great. DannyJ was in contact about a possible issue the day before our arrival and verified its resolution prior to our check-in. He responded quickly to all communications and had someone available immediately to assist with one of the door locks when it stopped lighting up. '

'I don't know if I missed that the property was a 4 plex? and that the unit we were getting was on the upper level. This was only a problem because my husband has walking troubles and stairs are a problem, he really couldn't help me carry anything up the stairs. Great location, nice having the little trail to Gooseberry Falls State Park right there, we took that as a little walk each morning. Beautiful place to stay, beds were comfortable.
