« Tryly a nostalgic gem of a cabin; hard to find these days. Wood floors, cedar walls--- that distinctive scent when you walk in. Has a cute front porch with rocking chairs too. Beds were very comfortable. Host had a few snacks as a welcome gift. »

« First of all, Barbara was great at communicating with us and was accommodating as well. The Hideaway Cottage was just as pictured. It was very clean and tidy. It is a cottage so the furniture is comfortable but not newly updated. It was what we would expect when renting a cottage but also much neater and cleaner, which we were thrilled to find, especially for a place that does allow pets. The cottage was woodsy and quiet. « Loved this little cottage! It was so convenient and close to everything! The only complaint my fiancée and I had was that the bed could use a little updating. Kind of felt like sleeping on a cot. Nothing fancy but just what we needed for a weekend away! Would stay here again! »
