'Whilst the accommodation was well priced, the room was filthy. Thick dust on all room surfaces and the shower was full of mould along with the shower curtain. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfortable.'

'Upgraded to a 1st floor 1-bedroom unit which was excellent. However, there were some air conditioning units outside the bedroom window that were very noisy all through the night (and day). Also the noise of both adjacent units running showers was extremely loud.'

I’m not concerned if some of the grout is discoloured or the paintings are a bit faded but having the hot water turn off abruptly when someone else has a shower, outside lights that light up your room all night plus a host with attitude sort of misses the point. Getting antsy when we asked if having arrived earlier than expected and could we check in 1 hour earlier (needed to get changed for a wedding) and then charging...
