« This condo is located in an amazing location very near the campus. We walked to northgate and the game. It is very safe. The place was extremely clean. I love the extra touches they include like plenty of hand towels, soap, shampoo etc. I would definitely stay here again. The only knock on the place is I wish there was a normal sized garbage can in the kitchen area. »

« The picture does this loft no justice! Everything from the location, the reserved parking and the safety ans convenience of the area was top notch! We were within of walking distance to restaurants, museum and marketplace. Due to the heat, we drove a block over but were able to find parking. The check in was simple and the rental company stayed in contact to ensure that everything was up to standards. The loft is beautiful. And everything was clean upon arrival. I would definitely stay here...

« This is an excellent location! The property is ultra clean and centrally located to many shops, restaurants and the Magnolia Silos. Communication with the Property Manager was also 10/10.A note for light sleepers: The renters/owners of the unit above are loud! From running, stomping, moving furniture around, you can hear everything. Also, there is a drainage line that runs thru the ceiling of this property. « What a wonderful abode. Our Waco weekend getaway was spectacular, thanks to this Behren loft :) The Silos, Dr. Pepper Museum, cute shops and cafes, were in walking distance, so we didnt have to worry abt parking! Waco Mammoth excavation site, Museum, and Cameron Park were close by via car. The best surpose, waking up to a beautiful sunrise from the balcony. The hosts keep the kitchen well-stocked. « We had a fabulous weekend stay at the Brazos Bear! The loft held our family of six comfortably, and everyone from 11 to 92 loved it. It’s even better than the pictures! The location was perfect - close to the zoo, Mammoth National Monument, Baylor, the Silos, and a variety of delicious food options.
