'Very nice property. Room was amazing -- spacious, well-appointed, clean. Great space, bright, new. Front desk staff friendly, restaurant staff friendly. Location is great for Baylor visit, and the river view and sunset were an additional perk. Parking was easy. Only downside was that the manager was unfriendly and stressful when trying to process some of the package perks (included breakfast, etc.) Hopefully it was a bad day, or she might need some customer service training. As soon as Lena went in to clean the room, she immediately took it down to Terri. Terri called me immediately and we were able to go back for it, only losing a few minutes.
