We enjoyed our stay. We think the kitchen could have been stocked with more pots and pans of varying sizes. The bathrooms were a little small. Would recommend air fresheners since the home is older but nicely remodeled. Also suggest adding ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

We finally gave up on the Wi-Fi and tethered from my phone. The recliner was in bad shape. The property looked like a quick flip (the floor tiles didn't meet). Some of the outlets didn't work. The outside front was overgrown. The process was easy, and we enjoyed being close to downtown. We did enjoy the hot tub, but I was constantly afraid we would mess it up and be charged.

Home away from home

This home was so cute and perfect for our large family. We also enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table . The location was great and appreciated the promt response from the host and team ! We will for sure be back .

Great Location

This house was quaint and quiet. It was big enough to give my teens their own space and to allow all of us to gather in the kitchen or living room. The location felt safe and was close enough to all we wanted to do. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great experience

The property is well taken care of and a perfect spot if you like exploring historic downtown and the landing. We didnt drive much at all this weekend. The only regret i had was not having our 4 kids with us this time they would have loved it

Cute Bungalow - Great location!

The bungalow was so cute and very clean, just as described. It was recently remodeled and decorated very nice. The kitchen was a great size and had everything we needed. There were plenty of linens. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver! Our pre-teen and teen loved the bunk beds. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms and a grill in the backyard. We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but it looked new. The property manager, Rebecca, was very nice and responsive. The location is great - close to downtown and many attractions. The neighborhood is quiet. The only reasons I cannot honestly give a 5 star rating are: (1) One of the beds was very uncomfortable. My dad ended up on the couch every night and had an achy back. He was counting down the days until he could be back at home. (2) The WiFi has a very weak signal, low bandwidth. It’s bad because the TVs run on WiFi. There’s a TV in every room, but you can’t really watch them. March Madness Bad TV Frustrated people. (3) The water didn’t drain very well in the bathtubs, but It got repaired the day before we checked out. (4) 2 of the 3 bedrooms do not have a closet. No shelves nor a rod. The bedrooms are so small, we had our suitcases laid out in the living room. Other than these 4 things, it was great!

Cozy little Bungalow near the Landing

Great little place. Plenty of beds for a family of 5. Clean and cozy. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and as far as cookware, utensils and the like everything was provided. Was able to cook a proper turkey dinner with all the traditional trimmings. Only suggestion would be a hood over the stove for lighting purposes. Hot tub was great after a colder day of walking around Silver Dollar City or to and from the Landing. Quiet neighborhood, lots close if you don't mind a bit of walking, although there is a free trolley system that stops nearby. My only negative, and it's a little one, is that the Wifi is a bit weak when 3 kids with different tastes are all trying to watch TVs in 3 different rooms it's quite laggy. Again we mostly kept busy with many other things but if there is some parent down time planned, it's a minor issue. If you love the landing area as we do, this place is perfect for that. Overall a great place and would stay here again 100%.

Weekend away

We did a 4 day weekend with our adult children and this was the perfect house for us to stay in. We would have to get 2 hotel rooms now that our children are grown. This was a nice option for us.

Nice, but….

Here is the thing. The house was perfectly fine both aesthetically and functionally. Its location was great because we could either walk, hop on the trolley, or have about a 2 minute drive to shows and attractions. That said, the WiFi was what sent this from a 5 star rating to a 3 star. It was worse than 90s era dial up. At least dial up would connect. The password wasn’t working, and when we were finally able to figure it out, it was 2G speeds if it ever connected. I say all this because I’d planned on working from the house in the evenings. Wasn’t possible. Again, the house was perfectly fine. But when you’ve got 3 kids 7 and under and can’t stream anything on the TVs provided, a tablet, or phone due to the non existent WiFi connection, it made it rough.

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family! With 2 teenagers we need space. They each had their own room. The house was cozy and comfy. We walked to Branson landing for shopping and meals. The drive to shows was easy and only a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this bungalow!

Perfect & Convenient! Close to Everything!

We were in town for a dance competition @ the Branson Convention Center and knew we would be in & out all week and the location couldn't have been better! Minutes to drive/walk to the landing! Small home but had everything we needed! Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds! Would stay here again!
