'Been historically hot this time around with yards and outdoor common areas showing a lot of stress; watering would have helped. Have stayed here for over 20 years--noticed this time rooms (while superficially clean) carpets were not vacuumed nor kitchen tile cleaned upon arrival. Once again, clean enough but not up to standards experienced in the past. Now a special shout out to Kim and Wes in the maintenance department for their quick response in switching out our freezer which...

'The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy'

'We loved our stay here! The condo was welcoming, cozy, and the attention to detail was great! We had everything we needed! The area is quiet and peaceful… and just far enough away from town that it doesn’t take long to get to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again! '

'I dont think our room was cleaned before our stay. Pet bowls were left out, trash in the trash can, towels still in drier and black dog hairs everywhere. Master bedroom tv did not work and found the living room tv remote buried in the couch cushions. Kids complained of pillows smelled like cigarettes and dog hair in bed. Room was conveniently located and felt secluded'
