« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back. « The rooms were clean, but housekeeping is for every other day so you will have to call for extra towels. They do provide a washer and dryer for free, but it is only one on each floor and have to be shared. We stayed in Villa 2 which was close to the basketball court so that meant we heard everything! Our room was also on the 3rd floor which meant every step or noise the people above us made were heard very clearly. If we were to stay again the 4th floor would be a best choice and because Vila...

« Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were even worse. The breakfast was very plentiful and hot and fresh. There was a group of 10 of us we were fortunate to stay in building one but 2 of the couples who were older were in building 2 on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. »

« The pictures made the property look nicer than it actually was. Also, it rained as was expected due to a storm. I had a fall in the hall hurting my knee and back due to the water that had accumulated on the floor. I reported this to management and did not think that I needed to go to ER; however, my knee and back were hurt. Not once was I contacted by staff to ask how I was feeling. « Our stay was good! The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and clean. The food was good. This is a well kept hotel. Only complaint was our complimentary shampoos and body wash were half full and we needed to ask for more. We did not need room cleaning during our stay, so found her in the hall and she fulfilled our request. Very pleasant stay and kind personnel. »

« Our condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. Only problem we had was sharing the central air thermostat with the unit adjoining us. Service was prompt to fix it. Would have liked to have more cable channels and would have loved if the windows were clean enough to enjoy the view. The screen on the patio was also an obstruction of the view. Overall, very nice stay. »

« Went for spring break with the grandkids, we had a great time! The cottage was beautiful and had everything we could want. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. »
