🐶Pet Policy 🐶 (Please Read Before Booking)
We are happy to remain pet-friendly, but strict rules must be followed.
• Maximum of ONE dog only
• Maximum weight: 25 lbs — no exceptions
• Pet must be pre-approved before arrival
• Pet fee is required

For the comfort of future guests:
• Pets are NOT allowed on furniture or beds
• Pets must be crated when left alone in the condo
• Pets must be on a leash anytime outside
• All waste must be picked up immediately (failure to do so will result in a $75 cleaning fee)
• Pets must be on flea and tick prevention

🚫 If an unapproved pet is found in the condo, your reservation may be canceled without refund.
