Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The area around the hotel is clean, parking is good.
Was put on the 2nd floor (nice to not have walking over top my head when trying to rest).
Bathroom good & clean, floors spotless, bed was fresh & clean.
One bed was a bit noisy - the other was good, so the one probably needs the base looked at b/c a light sleeper would be woken by that.
Coffee maker hadn't been cleaned, possibly in a long time. It was full of grime - I need hot water first thing & like to use in-room machines for this b/c of the convenience (rather than getting dressed & going to a breakfast room). Issue was that wiping it out & running hot water from the tap through it didn't do the trick. When i picked it up, the bottom was also gunked up.
**This is not a deal-breaker, but it does erode trust that allows a visitor to relax that the room is being thoughtfully cleaned - and thats what every traveller really wants/needs.
(Ameneties are great perks, but not necessary - cleanliness is).
When i got checked in, when & where breakfast was served wasn’t shared nor was the wifi password (called the front desk 2x to find out).
The guy was super friendly and otger than yhose 2 things was an easy check-in.
I'd driven 15 hrs so getting out of the car & checking in, i was a little foggy & didn’t think to inquire at the desk.
