'Everything was really nice.'

'Het hotel is prima, ruime kamers, schoon, luxe gevoel, prachtige badkamer met bad en aparte (regen) douche, maar eenmaal buiten struikel je over bedelaars en zwervers, we waren in shock. Het voelt niet fijn. Minpunt is wel dat we vertrokken tijdens de gaypride en onduidelijk was of er bussen naar Leeds Bradford reden. De ene recepcionist zei van wel, de andere zei, de chaos op het plein voor het hotel bekijkend, "no, no busses" . Onze rit naar de luchthaven werd van £4,00 met de bus £30,00 met...

'Room was very clean however, I didn't like wc and bathroom seperation. Staff was friendly, well-trained and professional. Walkable distance from the train station. I wouls stay again.'

'Welcome drink on arrival... Still waiting for it! Raised issues with staff that were handled professionally but could have easily been avoided. Buffet style breakfast with choice of additional cooked to order dishes and continental options 5*. The surroundings were breathtaking. 'We were attending an event at Harewood House so only needed a one night stay. Haley's Hotel is set in a lovely quiet area with some beautiful Grade II listed houses in a tree lined road. The hotel was very clean, comfortable with a charming country house elegance.The staff were very welcoming and Haley's has the added bonus of on site parking. Complimentary toiletries, trouser press and ironing board etc made this hotel feel much nicer than the corporate modern ones. Superb breakdast and...
