« The stay was very good. We were in the area for a softball tournament and it fit our families needs very well. The goodies on the table were a nice touch and being able to use some of the refrigerator items helped. I would recommend this house to anybody staying in the area. »

« Amazing! We lived in Charlevoix 55 yrs ago as newlyweds in the Coast Guard. Husband spoke with Earl Young to rent the Half House. Couldn’t afford at 150 mo!!! ! So this was soo fun. Beach down the hill, town is walk able everywhere. It’s pretty much original so enjoy the history of it!!! We’ll be back! »

« Older cottage that has been restored very nicely. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. The outside was very spacious and soooo quite. You can walk to the beach and yet was very close to Charlevoix. Gerry was a great host and saw to our every need.Thanks »

« Great little cabin cozy clean »

« This was the perfect escape from our busy lives. My adult daughter and granddaughter was able to come along with my mom and our other kiddos so the extra bathrooms was so nice and the flow of the home. It was easy walking distance to town. Just minutes away. The town is so cute and we would definitely go back. »

« From the curb you might think there's no way its as big as listed. The house goes deep. Plenty of room on the main floor for entertaining with almost all bedrooms upstairs. Clean, plenty of cooking utensils and sil erware. Hosts are quick to respond. Perfect for our group. »

« This is our second time here and it is a slice of heaven. A beautiful piece of property. We spent each of our evenings in the back yard at the fire pit. The house is clean and well appointed (even with a S’Mores kit). The hosts are excellent. A fantastic VRBO. »

« The Mint was very clean. The queen bed upstairs was very hard as others stated. Maybe a mattress topper needed. Sheets and towels need replacing. »

« This was the most charming cabin in the woods. This cabin doesn't just allow dogs, they treasure animals. Everything you could want for your pet was already there and available for use. There is also a seasonal sand road next to the cabin that is perfect for walking dogs. For humans, the screened in porch was the surprise delight. What a joy it was to sit on the porch in the morning, drinking coffee and listening to the birds and the wind in the trees. We would stay there again without...
