Botanische Tuin Parco San Grato

It was very comfortable for our family of four. It is located near the lake and has easy access to to public transportation. Desiré was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay nice and comfortable. Grazie! Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again!

Apart from the reception staff and the cleaners, the service was very disappointing. Many employees seemed unfriendly and uninterested, especially at the bar and during breakfast. If you don’t speak Italian, it is also difficult to get assistance in English. I felt unwelcome and even discriminated against during breakfast. Overall, the hotel seems mainly geared towards seniors, and I would not recommend it to young people or those travelling with friends.
