THE ACCOMMODATION

This superb 85 m² flat located in the heart of Bordeaux will allow you to enjoy a stay in total immersion in the city!

Just a stone's throw from the famous Place Gambetta and the Cours de l'Intendance, the location is ideal for discovering the city's assets on foot.

Located on the 3rd floor of a typical Bordeaux building, the flat has been entirely renovated with taste and offers great facilities.
You will enter via the corridor which will take you into a comfortable and very bright living room facing south, with a sofa, coffee table, armchairs and a beautiful fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen is located opposite the living room with a dining area for 5 people.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) with a TV in front of the bed, a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and WC.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) as well as a single bed (90 cm), the bathroom attached to the bedroom has a nice tiled Italian shower, a large bathtub and 2 sinks.
The flat is equipped with Wifi and linen (optional).
You will also benefit from a parking space in the Auditorium public car park, cours Georges Clemenceau, a stone's throw from the flat.

There is a noise detector "Minut" on site.


DEPOSIT

As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €350 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €4.50 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

Morgane, who will organise your entry to the flat, will contact you on the day of your arrival to plan your arrival time.
Originally from Bordeaux, she will be happy to recommend you the best places to stay in the city.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD

A chic, attractive and harmonious area with elegant buildings, luxury shops, theatres and some of the best restaurants in Bordeaux, just a stone's throw from the famous Golden Triangle, Place de la Comédie, Place Tourny, Place des Quinconces, Place des Grands Hommes and the Grand Theatre. On the other side is the town hall (the impressive Palais Rohan), the Saint-André cathedral and the Pey-Berland Tower, a bell tower topped by a gilded bronze statue of Dame d'Aquitaine.

From Mérignac Airport:
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop and walk 5 mins.

From the Gare Saint Jean:
Take tram C from Gare Saint Jean stop to Quinconces stop and walk 15 mins.
