'The owners are true to their word. This place was clean and bright, and close to the beach. A very comfortable place with good parking and easy access. 'Home was nicely finished. It struck us odd that a nice Vrbo like this would cut costs in such odd ways. The toilet paper was institutional grade. No tissues. No wash cloths. No toiletries, except for two tiny bars of soap that smelled of bug spray. If you want my feedback, raise your rental price as needed to do some nicer small things of the sort I mentioned. 'As described, this is a great find in a nice neighborhood. We did a lot of Family walks to look at all the nearby properties on the canal. Limited parking at the closest beach, but it was a quick uber ride to the beach (between 10-20 depending on time). House had great beds, and lots of nice TV’s including a huge one in the lanai. Had a Family reunion and it worked perfectly. Pool was a nice size and pet friendly. Hosts were easy to communicate with.'

'My family and I had a wonderful stay here! Very clean, spacious and near many restaurants and the beach. The enclosed screen patio was a delight! Dave's communication was spot on and he even got us checked in early the first day. We really appreciated that, with having an early flight and tired kids.
