This cottage is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated in light 'sea, salt & sand' colors, mostly Pottery Barn. Its warm and inviting ambience with many updates, which includes a new PRIVATE saltwater pool, a quiet fenced back yard, a contemporary and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops throughout want leave you feeling right at home. It therefore delivers appealing amenities: such as a flat-screen TV with DVD player as well as WiFi throughout the home. The large wooden deck features a teak chaises lounge, a teak outdoor dining table seating six as well as a classic one touch original Weber grill.

This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath cottage home is located just a few blocks away from the white sands of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach (recently rated # 2 beach of the United States by www. Drbeach. Org). Within a short stroll you will find great amenities, restaurants, supermarkets and boat rentals. Het huis is fantastisch, alles ziet er heel verzorgd uit, het overtrof onze verwachtingen. Marion , de host, is geweldig. Als ik weer aan de westkust van Florida verblijf is het zeker in een van haar huizen.

Simply perfect…

The owners are wonderful hosts. They go out of their way to ensure that you have a good time and they certainly succeeded! The house is beautifully decorated and everything you need is available. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back!

The property is well maintained and extremely cozy. From cozy bedding, cool dinnerwear, immaculate pool, spacious open areas to the proximity to gorgeous beaches and delicious dining, I couldn't ask for anything rlse. My mom and I stayed during a short trip from Michigan to visit her friends. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy time together. We slept great in the lovely bedrooms. Perfect Getaway

The house was lovely and cozy. It was extremely well stocked with everything you could need. The pool was fantastic in a nice private yard. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location was perfect.
