'the floors were dirty looks like they haven't been swept in a while had bugs all in corners the pillowcases in "the Room" bottom floor were stained. Had a pot under the sink in the kitchen and was leaking water. '

'The house we rented had a lock issue that the owner resoled pretty quickly. After getting in we found the place a mess, the cleaning crew forgot to clean up the property. The owner had another house 2 blocks away that was newer and nicer that he let us stay in. He also gave us an extra day to stay for all the troubles. Outstanding way to handle a big problem with a customer!! Five stars all the way!!'
