'There was a faulty smoke detector in my room - it kept going off randomly. After I alerted the Front Desk about the issue, the staff was very responsive. They handled the issue very well and took really good care of me. The resort is right on the beach, and has a lot of really lovely amenities. I hope I can come back again soon!'
