This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'
' My granddaughters and I enjoyed our 5 night stay. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. They have several activities throughout the day for the kids. They really enjoyed bingo and the dance parties at night. The all you can eat breakfast skillet was good and reasonably priced. Their pizzas are HUGE. '
'Staff was friendly enough, the hotel was very clean plenty of space . My room had a small balcony. I didn’t use the pool but just because there’s so much to do in pigeon Forge that after we ate and got back to the hotel it was bedtime for another day. Shops nearby were very touristy but there was a Publix I walked to and the Paula Deen restaurant and show was across the street from the hotel. '
