Location gîtes et cottages à Black Mountain

« My husband and I traveled to Black Mountain for a quick getaway. We stayed at this location and found it convenient. The neighborhood is somewhat run down along the edge of town. The parking is very difficult. Although there is a place right in front of this house, there was a car that is present (that appears to have been hit along the drivers side) and it never moved from the spot. We were forced to use the "grass driveway" which is very seep, narrow and overgrown with bushes. Difficult...

« I enjoyed my stay here for two nights. Definitely make sure you're ok with stairs given the split level (bed is up the stairs from the main level, and bathroom is on main). Host was very kind and great to deal with. »

« We rented both homes for a group of 18 and they were convenient for a large group and was fun we could be together but I'd say they were only"ok for the prices we paid." Keep your expectations in line ... they definitely need work. The houses need touch up paint, furniture is dirty, the houses are cheaply made, beds are creaky, bedding is average. Note to bring your own toilet paper (odd). However, the communication with our host was great - she was attentive to helping us get more pillows +...
