'Hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. There was always someone near the front entry to help, answer questions, get a cab, etc. My 3 rating has to do with our Expedia VIP status. I booked this hotel for that reason. On check-in, we weren’t acknowledged as VIP, no upgrades, no higher floor for view, no free breakfast , etc. I had to ask about it at checkout and was told we had an $18 food credit. 'Immaculate room. Super cool vibe. Love that there is a coffee shop right across the street.'

'This is our go-to hotel in KC. It is conveniently located in the middle of the Power and Light district. The T-Mobile center is in walking distance. The hotel is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious. The only issue we had when last time we stayed there was that the elevator wasn’t working properly. Hopefully that issue has been fixed.'
