'We had a great stay here. Everyone was kind and helpful. The room and lobby were beautiful and clean. We got dessert downstairs on the main floor and it was delicious. We will definitely be making this a regular stay when we go on our trips to KC.'

'Stayed here for one night for the World Cup Argentina vs Algeria game. The hotel is packed with football fans. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I used the business center in the second floor after I checked out for a virtual meeting. It went smooth.'

'The hotel was nice. The checkin staff didn’t tell us what was available, like pool or gym. They kind of helped with downtown things but not much. We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar...
