'Room was big and luxurious with a sample of chocolates. Bathroom was very trendy and clean, loved the styling. This is a very nice boutique hotel that we reserved late in the day in the Union Hill area of KC. Trendy area and dining nearby. Parking is a bit tight for a larger SUV but it is very convenient to the front entrance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend or stay again. We stayed on the top floor with rooftop access and views of the city. A bit too cold to enjoy the outdoor seating...

'When I first arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk Jay Jay I believed his name was? He was standing there helping another guest whom was in front of me and he stayed professional the whole time with a smile on his face even though it was New Year’s Eve and people were coming left and right. Once he got to me we engaged in small talk and he still had a smile on his face and threw out some suggestions on where to go.
