Villa's in Bicester

'Due to delays late at the hotel. Phoned to reserve for dinner at 8 pm; not possible agreed with 8.15. Normallly een good sign when it is that busy. When arriving at the hotel no one at the reception. Waiter told us to wait. It took 15 minutes. Reception needed creditcard which I did not understand as we paid in advance. Felt treated as if we were criminals. Went to restaurant where we got the most unattractive table in a almost empty restaurant. Menu very limited and overpriced. As we had to...

'Lovely B&B would have been nice to have Breakfast included in the room rate. Room lovely, comfy bed a great pillows. Lovely Roast. We will definitely return !'

'Really helpful staff, and room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After breakfast we were offered the bill when we explained our reservation included breakfast. It would seem this is an ongoing issue as staff explained they don’t include it but are struggling with Expedia to remove. The owner though didn’t charge us, and although a little awkward to have had the conversation both staff and owner were very lovely in getting it resolved. I would return, but the position on the...

'A wonderfully unique property, beautifully well kept and maintained! Could not have asked for a more amazing, engaging and lovely host. Already looking forward to my next stay here!❤️'

'Where decent breakfast and ample Parking - also quiet for sleeping. No complaints.'

We komen vast terug!'

'Fijn hotel. Personeel vriendelijk'

'The hotel is about a 10 minute Uber-drive to the city centre and it is surrounded by a nice park. The food is quite decent and check-in and check-out are smooth. The hotel is a basic American-British 80s-90s hotel (now taken over by the Leonardo group) with dated carpets and rooms that need a renovation. I would not give this 4 stars, 3 max. The beds are ok, the pillows are excellent and a bathroom is outdated. It is small, does not have any 4-star amenities nor equipment and - to paraphrase a...
