'Good location'

'It was clean and nice. For a quick night stay it was what we looked for'

'Surprised at the condition of rooms. Bathroom poorly outdated and room felt rundown. Pleasantly employees but disappointing quality.'

The staff person on duty was learning a new computer system and check in took 25 minutes. We ended up getting charged twice for the room and the incidental charge was on our card 4 times. 'The property and the owner was great! I don’t typically care for B&B’s as I prefer hotels however, this stay was better than expected but we only stayed overnight so it’s hard to really judge. I’d recommend it though!!!'

'No instructions on using air conditioner and no staff available room was freezing. Also a bucket of water was outside my door without any explanation. The info on the property does say there are stairs but it does not state how big a stsircase this is. It’s huge and very difficult if you have any mobility issues.'

'The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.'

'Good location- easy drive to Bethel Woods. Our dog enjoyed his walk to the water. The room was clean but the water in the shower was really weak. Very comfortable bed.'

'It was obvious that they were trying to revive the timeshare business against the hotel. Food was great. They need to get a system to control air conditioning. You should not be cold all the time. Definitely need hire front desk staff at hotel frontdedk'

'Website is not how property shows in real life. Exterior of property needs updating as well as property grounds. Rooms interior are updated but common areas are still dated. Air conditioning units need to be replaced. Food is average and highly priced. Lake is not clear and was told by locals they do not swim in it. Staff was friendly and accommodating but accommodations and property were very average grade.'
