'The property is located very close to the Performing Arts Center. I would not recommend walking to a performance, but it is less than a mile from the venue entrance. The hostess is lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We had a comfortable stay.'

'The staff was terrific. Ricky and Priscilla accommodated my request to check in a bit earlier. The hotel lobby and breakfast was very very clean. The Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was replenished so everyone had choices.'

'On our way back to Pa from Me and decided to stop here for the night before going to the Woodstock site the next day. Check in was ok. Room was sufficient. Bed was ok. Shower wouldn't shut off the whole way. Thin walls. Turns out no hot tub, but still listed in their description. Didn't use the pool, very dark. Breakfast was ok. Won't be back.'

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'Beautiful place.'

'I loved our stay here. I would definitely come back.'

'Staff was amazing'

'If you plan to stay here, be sure to ask if there are any weddings planned for your weekend. The weekend we were there, there were two weddings. Consequently we were unable to eat the restaurant, go to the bar or even have breakfast on Sunday morning. The pool house rooms are basically spruced up Motel rooms that seem to have been built in the 1960's. I can't speak to the other rooms on the property though. It does seem like a beautiful venue for a wedding, but we were just there hoping to enjoy...

'The room was comfortable and incredibly clean. Staff at checkin were very helpful. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed two of the three nights that we stayed.'

'Run…run… fast as you can from this place, save your time and money! I’m surprised this place is open for business you have to pay $20 cash to get your key room and I didn’t even stay, I return the key soon as I see how filthy the room was, When I return the key and told the men in the office the room was dirty He told me you can complain much as you want bye! Unbelievable! I had to look for another place to stay'

'The only positive part of my stay was the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. The renovations looked okay, but everything else was extremely disappointing. The hotel advertised complimentary breakfast, which was one of the main reasons I booked, only to discover it wasn’t available due to renovations. The shower was barely lukewarm, and there wasn’t even a shelf to put my shampoo, conditioner, or other shower essentials. The microwave didn’t work, and I had to wait approximately 45...

'This B&B was one of the nicest we've ever visited! The place was beautiful, our room well appointed, the bed was so comfortable, the gourmet breakfast was superb (and we had the nicest server!), and the hot tub and sauna were our favorites. We plan to return again this winter, and will be purchasing a gift certificate for family for their wedding anniversary. Guests want for nothing ❤️'

'There was no staff on location when we arrived at 8:00 PM. The advertised Restaurant/Lounge was closed, no longer in business. The place was dark and looked abandoned with the exception of some lights over a small section of 4 or 5 rooms. The exterior building photos on line do not match the reality of this run-down motel. We never gained access to our room and left. BEWARE!'

'Excellent property. Great location. Clean room. Friendly stuff. Homey feel.'
