De stad zelf is historisch prachtig met zijn bruggen en stadsmuur. '

'The bathroom was poor quality with water stopper that was stuck closed. The bedroom itself was fine, but there was an incredibly bright green emergency light that lighted the entire room during the night. It wasn’t possible to turn this off. Staff was kind and the included breakfast was more than enough with plenty of options. '

'

'Rachel and her husband run a lovely Guesthouse. The room was so clean and had some nice welcoming touches to it. The breakfasts were delightful and very nutritious. Thanks so much for a great stay!'

'Self access = soulless. Didn't see another person. Empty tables in the dining room felt like the Marie Celeste. Breakfast in a bakery and fridge in the room. Very expensive for what it was. Very dim lighting.'

'Peter and Sheila were wonderful hosts. They gave us ideas of where to eat and places to see. Breakfast was very good and enjoyable with them providing information about the area. If we return to the Northumberland area we will definitely return there to stay again.'
