* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. Violation of smoking policy or age restrictions will result in eviction without refund.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* You can fit one car in the garage and one additional car in the lot.
* There is a $100.00 resort fee for this Bayside community from May 31st through Labor Day Weekend.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day Weekend until the 3rd Saturday in September. The indoor pool and fitness room is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
