Plenty of room for our people and fur family members Host very timely with communication. Location is great. It's now considered our Bethany Beach Gem. Will definitely return.'

'The property was great for what we needed! The only down side is that it seemed as if the floors had not been cleaned for some time and if you walked around without shoes on, your feet were very dirty. Other than that, it was a great stay! Very accessible to a lot of things!'

'We enjoyed our stay! Very happy about the short distance to Bethany Beach and easy access to grocery store. Host was very helpful and let us know about the renovation before we got there. We weren't able to use the garage to park one of the cars due to the renovation but neighbor was very nice an let us park a car in their extra spot. I would stay there again in the future.'

'This property should be listed for tall people. The balcony seating, dining table & chairs, and even the kitchen cabinet height were all for extra tall people. The doors all screeched eerily until we used WD40 on them. The bathtub wouldn't hold water until we took it apart and got it to close the drain. There is also a step between the dining area and kitchen. We knicknamed it "Killer" after the 3rd fall we took. The worst part was the dishwasher witch was extremely noisy and didn't really clean...

'We had a good stay in Bethany Beach. The property was as pictured and listed accurately. We of course stayed here to be walking distance to the beach with our three kiddos and it is absolutely walking distance; however you do have to cross a really busy street and after doing that for a couple days with three kids and all of the beach 'stuff', I would rather not have to cross that busy street. The home is older but equipped with everything one would need. Good bedroom space, but they could use...
