'This is an old-time vacation cabin on a river, with a nice view from the dining table. Everything worked as it should and it was very clean. The shower was small, but the water pressure and temperature control was great! If you need hair conditioner, you should bring it. You might want to bring your own drinking water, as the water has an off-putting well water smell, but it is not too bad. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.'

'Enjoyed having both sides for a big family, lots of kitchen supplies, but the bedrooms were tight fitting and had no closets the floor upstairs wasn’t vacuumed and trash cans upstairs weren’t empty. Having no washer and dryer was rough. There was no hot tub or really any access to the Crystal Mountain resort. Loved being fairly close to Crystal Lake, Frankfort Beach and Lake Michigan'

'I got to Cabin 9 around 9pm after a long drive on icy roads on a 15 degree evening. When I opened the door to the cabin I was surprised to find it freezing cold inside, but I followed the directions to turn on the single small wall-mounted heater. My family and I spent about an hour in our coats in the sauna waiting for warm air to happen, and repeatedly reaching out to property management. The warm air never happened.
