When entering this loft, you are greeted by a recently modernized kitchen and dining room that are equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, toaster, water kettle, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, washing machine, and dining table for 4 people.



In front of the kitchen is its large open-plan living room that fills with light from the large doors leading to the private terrace. The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large 3-seater sofa, air conditioning, and a folding single bed.



Take a step on your large private terrace at any time of the day where you will find an outdoor dining area for 2 people. Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the Gardens.



Located at the front of this apartment is its spacious double room with air conditioning, separated from the living room with a sliding door for privacy. Here, you wake up to enjoy those impressive views. A large double wardrobe, and access to its terrace.



Just a few steps from the bedroom, there is a large recently modernized bathroom that is clean, bright, and has a large glass-covered shower with plenty of space for toiletries, etc.

We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



Full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (additional charge), bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc.



The building has elevators.

There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday. (Closed in winter)



CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.



PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.



Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.



Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment at the gym.
