'Nice little place. Good location, great big yard and very quiet. Short walk to the beach and shop. Rear covered patio is nice. Bathroom would benefit from a bit of work. Bath and shower need resurfacing and toilet seat looks ancient. A bit more attention to cleaning under beds and lounges is needed. Overall well equipped and comfortable.'

'Beautiful beach views. But access to the beach is not easy down a steep slope. The house was very clean but the decor is dated and the lack of a dishwasher is unacceptable as surely common place in a family home. The entrance to the property from the street is dangerous as the gate has to be manually opened while the car is still in the way of traffic. On our last day we were awoken at 7am by heavy duty construction next door which went on all day. The host said he was unaware of construction...

'The location of this house is great with easy access to the beach. The views are also nice. The fully fenced backyard is good for dogs. Otherwise, the property is pretty basic and no frills. It has what you need but everything is a little rundown and home made. The price is high for what you’re getting.'

'Both toasters are broken, fans are broken, floors were filthy, gauzes and doors broken , yard is fire and snake hazard, lights didn’t work, dryer didn’t work , pegs were rusty and brittle and broken, 1 power points didn’t work live wires were hanging out of ceiling in 1 room, only 1 of 3 tvs worked no remote controls ,vinyl coming off kitchen cupboards, location was great , dishwasher was fantastic , washing machine was good , outside barby was great '
