« The renovations are awesome. There was a nice selection for breakfast and the warm Chocolate chip cookies are a great touch. The only suggestion would to have a bigger in room refrigerator »

« Fantastic hotel and staff! They pay attention to the small details- for example, toothbrush holder in the bathroom, nice! Rooms are big, clean, nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable. They have a wonderful included buffet breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel called Lupo. Buffet but very fresh - they also make omelets - coffee is delicious! They have a nice shuttle to the beach - very helpful. Will definitely stay again. »

« We love staying at the Avenue! It’s our 4th year and plan on returning. It’s super clean and we love the onsite pool! We love how it’s close to everything. We were super sad that the golf cart ride to the beach was gone. We loved riding with Lew and it was sooooo helpful with my mom and her walker in the past summers. Please try to bring it back. Only complaint was the pull out couch was super uncomfortable, even my 4 and 6 year olds complained. »

« Dust on the ceilings. No soap or shampoo. No blanket. No towel/mat for bathroom floor. Missing light bulbs. Electronic lock but no doorknob on the inside so really nothing to grab to open the door from the inside. »
