'Not very clean. Walked into my room and the linens were soiled, even with cigarette burns. The floor was wet and the room smelled like mold.'

'The room is serviceable, but the cleanliness isn’t the best. It’s not rundown but the sheets were very gritty; the bathroom was also not thoroughly cleaned and there were traces of mold on the tub. The beds are very firm. There’s also a lack of outlets, so if you have more than one device to plug in it’s not convenient. The outlets were also incredibly loose- a small shift pulled my plug out of the outlet. The vanity is also incredibly small- we stayed in a double queen and we struggled with...

'It's in a great location, midway between the ocean and the bay. Right on the main Street in Dewey, where all of the restaurants are. You can park your car in the garage, and not have to worry about the pricey town parking, and parking meter vultures (uh, I mean attendants). You can walk just about everywhere. Rooftop pool is nice. Staff are friendly. The rooms have a nice french door that you can open, but not go out on.'

'They are reasonably priced and you can easily walk to the beach! Isn’t that why you came? The owners are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The property is older but they have updated much and continue to improve it and the room was very clean and parking is great! If you are looking for the Hilton go to the Hilton ! If if you’re looking for a good value, a great location, and good management and a family friendly spot..this is it! I hated to leave.'

'Clean rooms, spacious bathrooms air condition was clean and working amazingly. Parking lot was suitable and staff were very attentive and helpful on the phone for check in and out and well as any questions we had during our stay. We loved everything about this hotel just wish it was a pool and some outdoor activities on site. We were hopeful to try revelations but they were not open yet.'

'We had a great stay! One feature that really stood out was the mobile check-in and keyless room entry. Being able to check in from my phone and go straight to my room without stopping at the front desk made the entire arrival process quick and hassle-free. 'The hotel and room was extremely clean and comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is convenient for anything. The staff is terrific and extremely helpful! Will stay again for sure if we are in that area. Thank you for a great stay!'

'No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.'
