The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel.'

'We had a great stay. The pool was small but it was fun on the 9th floor. The free snacks and drinks at dinner time was an amazing perk. We got three alcoholic drinks per adult. The next morning we had a great breakfast. We were able to extend our check out time till 3 pm for an extra $30 and it was so worth it as we were next door at Comerica for a cheer competition and we enjoyed coming back to relax before awards. '

'Half way thru the air kept going off and i would wake up sweating having to turn the ac way down to get it to kick back on & then our tv kept goin off it would turn back on but then right back off and wouldnt stay on. The phone in the room didn’t work. We called the front desk to let them know and they just said the maintenance man to get there at 10.. it was 7:30 at this time ..'
