'I loved this property so much! Quaint and beautiful. It felt like I was in a countryside cabin. So many beautiful features. The bed was my favorite part, loved the hidden tv and the fireplace was magnificent. We were surprised with baked goods and a bottle of prosecco. This will definitely be our go to stay in the future. 'We loved the area. We loved having access (just a few blocks) to the ferry to go into Norfolk. The unit was just what we wanted: quiet, plenty of room for us with two bedrooms. Kitchen had all we needed. Loved the outside veranda especially in the morning. '

'Property itself was fine. Easy check in and good communications, but...parking is a nightmare. The rental group only manages 2 of the 8 units. Rest are owners or long term leasers. The owners and leasers park where they want and if it's your spot, the rental company says they cant do anything about it, or they can come out sometime the following day to try take care of it. Ultimately, we had parking issues 4 of the eight nights we were there. Made for late nights (midnight or later) and...

'At first there was some confusion reference my reservation. I had problems with the online help with Brno. Once I got a phone number to speak with a representative, things were much better. Once we got hold of the owner of the property thing went very well. The representative on the phone for Brno was very helpful and worked diligently to get in touch of the owner. The owner was awesome and very helpful and truly wanted to do what he could to make my stay excellent. This why I gave a five star...
