« Great hotel and very central, which might be a drawback during weekends if facing the market. Can be noisy if you like the quietness (noise level going down from 10:11Pm). Excellent bedding and great service. Swimming pool access hours are quiet extensive. Pool a little short if you want to do laps. »

« Hotel runs down a lot! The gym, the swimming pool and the room (suite). Please renovate them. Staff are awesome and location isn’t bad but the condition of the hotel is terrible. We wanted to move to the other place if and only if we could get our refund. »

« The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »
