'Room was very clean, quality of mattress is good, quiet and good for sleep unlike some hotels too near to mosque with large prayer noise. Suggests improvement: 1) could have more choice of pillow as only thick fluffy in the room. 2)shower water pressure a bit low. 3) breakfast choice limited unlike wide popular choice in I-Hptel Baloi. '

'The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. '

'Stayed at new wing of Batam City Hotel. Walking distance to most of the eateries I wanted to go to. Most importantly, it is just next to the massage parlour I enjoyed going to. BCS is just aright across the road after passing thru' a short lane. Of course if you are looking for a resort and beach experience, this is not the place.'

'ゴールデンウィークに宿泊したが平日のためか14組しか宿泊客はいなかった。そのためプールは完全貸切状態であった。ビーチの設備は良いが、水質は綺麗でなく中部地区で言えば内海。関東で言えば湘南。午前中は干潮のため水はなく潮干狩りができるような状態。午後から夕方にかけて水が満ちてきます。 敷地内のシーフードレストランで夕食を取りましたが、チャーハンのミドルサイズがものすごい量。1500円くらいか。お客は誰もいませんでしたが、ムードは良いと思います。 朝食は1階レストランで朝6時からスタート。まあまあ美味しかったと思います。あとノングサフェリーターミナルからホテルまでは無理の送迎つきます。一応事前に到着時間をホテルに伝えましたが、常にフェリー到着時間に待機してるみたいです。二泊三日で曇りと雨がほとんどでしたが、晴れたらなかなかのリゾート感を味わえると思います。'
