'The lady of the house is a lovely person. Everything was as expected, and maybe even a bit more. Thank you for the warm welcome. '

'A really nice lady runs this property. It's just a few mins from the coast road and includes parking. There are bars and shops within walking distance snd easy to get to by road as we did. It's clean and comfortable..we had the corner room upstairs and you can see the sea from the balcony.'

'Shower had excellent pressure, but the room was very cold, blinds do not block out the light, and the building wasn't in the best repair.'

'Love this place. Feels like stepping back in time but with modern comfort. Bed was super comfy, room was spacious. Staff were lovely. Bathroom and room was clean. Short walk to train station. Won't hesitate to book again'

'I recently stayed at the msocial hotel in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a travel adapter available at the front desk, a small but thoughtful touch that saved me a lot of trouble. 'Phenomenal staff. Room was great and the hotel is in a perfect location.'

'This new place is a welcome discovery, perfectly positioned just a hundred metres or so from the Newmarket Train Station (direct CRL into the city) and also the Newmarket shopping district with Westfield, cafés etc. The rooms are very nicely appointed, the bed linen of excellent quality and the general ambience very pleasant. It presents excellent value in comparison to many other options - we will definitely we staying here again.'

'Brilliant stay, the room was fantastic. Clean and new feel to it'

'Good service, very helpfully! We were very satisfied. '

'Clean and modern.'

'Clean and spacious room. Very clean and modern bathroom Right in the CBD perfect location'

'Very nice hotel in the City center. A lot of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. We had a room at the 20th floor on the side with great view of the bay. Very quit room, we loved that.'
