'Appreciate the location, but the lack of convenience for arrival and departure is a serious drawback. No place for inner or tour pick up/drop-off. There is no real lobby and an only 2 chairs in the lower lobby when waiting for a ride. The staff was pleasant. They did meet a special request that I made for a birthday one of our party was having and arranged to have the three room we reserved on the same floor. 'Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. One receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) was so so so sweet. I have an aversion to elevators and asked to use the stairs, but she personally went with me up the lift and made sure I was comfortable.
