« First, let me say the location was absolute beautiful. I had to swim in the pool was perfect for me . We had some great lunches at the café. The disappointments come in with the room, It wasn’t very clean ( meaning the floor was dirty , and had to wait till later in the day like 5 o’clock ask to have it cleaned. The floors were dirty. « This is our go to place to stay when visiting my dad in Maine. Charming, quiet, beautiful gardens and great coffee and banana bread made by Steve who is a gracious host. Wonderful screened in porch to sit and chat or relax and take in the beauty of the gardens. »

« The staff was great! Very convient location. The room did the job. It was very small & twin size beds (which we knew going into it). There was some wear and tear in the room and didn’t necessarily FEEL clean. Bathroom was small. Would stay here again for convenience and right price »
