'Beautiful hotel that has been well maintained. The rooms are a nice size, are well appointed and the bathrooms are beautiful. The hotel staff were friendly. There was live entertainment in the lounge. Things to note: you will be automatically charged the valet fee- don't pay them at their podium, too (though DO tip!). Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'The hotel was located in a great area. Our room was so quiet, we heard nothing from the road or other rooms. The bed was comfy, pillows were ok, I prefer feather over foam. We had small issues with charging functionality on the bedside tables that weren’t resolved. So we used a power strip from the floor.
