'The room we stayed in was very good. It was clean and everything was in working order. The shower was very good. Good water pressure and the shower head was very good. We left for a very early flight and did not have the breakfast. The girl at check-in was very polite and helpful. The girl on Saturday morning, November 15 could take a lesson in customer service. Too interested in her phone to look up when we checked out.'

Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'
