Guest room corridors blah. Room kitchen floor sticky - didn’t take off my shoes on carpet areas!'

'Our stay was perfect! We were very tired after a long flight from São Paulo to Dallas, and a kind receptionist allowed us to check in early so we could rest a bit. He also offered us an excellent room at the back of the building (away from the highway noise). Room 142. The staff member was extremely helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but we chatted a bit and I know he is from a city near Mumbai, India. He is an excellent employee. There is also a Denny’s right...

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '
