'First room had a very bad bed. But when we ask for a solution whe got a new room. Rooms are basic but very clean. Very frendly people at the reception and restaurant. Breakfast and dinner is very good.'

'Its a nice place to stay. The rooms can be weird divided. The staff is very helpfull and service where they can. Breakfast is good but a weird setup, so when larger groups, more then 5 are at the buffet, its to crowded to take things'

'Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

'Хороший отель, приветливый персонал, обильный завтрак. Если брать блюда а-ля карт, то подача обалденная, повар старается, еда очень вкусная. До склона ходят регулярные шатл-басы, водители приветливые. К сожалению WiFi нормально работает только на лобби.'
